The feeling of being in good hands

KVM Consult GmbH consists of quality brokers for property, liability, transport and technical insurance. In addition, the insurance specialists protect outstanding private investments, assets, collections and unique items - all from one source. KVM Consult was positioned with the claim "The feeling of being in good hands" to express its securing nature as a insurer. Since 2009, Bernd Schlöger has been relying on our know-how for the evolution into an exclusive broker brand.

Strategy workshops first explored what this brand should feel like, entrusting its customers with the assurance of a million-dollar construction project or a 1000HP automobile: authentic, genuine, noble, reserved and at the same time extroverted. The challenge was to create a brand that has enough distance from the original design, but at the same time is close enough to the company to further develop the values ​​known to its customers.

From the existing corporate design, the design language of the logo and typography were adopted. Brand-specific elements such as corporate colors have been further developed from a red signal color to a more precious copper. In combination with black, white and gray, the new corporate accent color looks strong and noble, but not too intrusive.

Special attention was paid to the production of print media. First, different paper grades were tested for the corporate design. Together with a small printing factory, the foiling of the printed products was tested for compatibility with hot foil stamping. Subsequently, a high quality hot foil stamping was combined with a relief embossing to create a haptic experience with the brand that will be remembered.

The elegant corporate design was functionally implemented via the business equipment, vehicle labeling and a TYPO3 website. With this coherent identity policy, we managed to lead the company to a uniform external impact, to increase the appeal of the KVM Consult brand in the competitive environment and to awaken a sense of trust in the exclusive target group.
